No player will be allowed to register on game day and play. Players MUST be registered 24 hours before the first game.There will be no appeals for this type of forfeited games. If, a coach/team enforcer is caught on the field or in the dugout with a background that does NOT meet requirements or does NOT have a valid ID verified by County personnel will result in, 1st Offense: Immediate ejection of individual & 2nd Offense: Automatic forfeit.Anyone not in our system or in our system with a city ID will have to do the background check process with us. We are NO longer be accepting any city ID’s even if they were in our system prior to the rule change. No coach will be allowed to be on the field or in the dugout with the white, yellow city ID or a Sportspark issued ID with CITY on it. As of winter season and moving forward, city ID cards will no longer be accepted on the field or in the dugout even if you were grandfathered in.Any background that expires during season will need to be renewed in the front office. Backgrounds MUST be done with us and take 7-10 business days & they are $40. Receipts will NOT be accepted as a form of background.Our office will get busy and we do not want to have you miss the start of your games. I f your background is cleared, please refrain from picking up ID on game day. There will absolutely be no exceptions or leniency. No coach will be allowed to coach without it despite if background is still in process by the first game. Any coach or team enforcer that will be on the field or in the dugout during any game MUST have a valid Sportspark coaching ID.Please make sure ALL coaches/team enforcers are wearing their coaching ID’s above the waist and on the chest area or clipped on chest pocket area.We will continue to monitor the situation and follow guidance from local and national authorities on appropriate next steps that need to be implemented. We are asking anyone who has developed symptoms or has come into contact with infected individuals to stay home and follow the CDC’s instructions. Our staff is frequently disinfecting often-touched surfaces throughout the facility such as door handles, water fountains, restroom surfaces, concession stands, etc. We encourage you to carry personal hand sanitizer in the event that we run out (as it is currently back-ordered). We have increased our ‘hand sanitizer’ locations throughout the facility. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds (after using the bathroom, before eating, after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing, etc.) Stay home when you or your children are sick and contact your health care providerĬover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and then throw the tissue in the trashĬlean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces We are keeping up to date with the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the State of Michigan, and Wayne County.Īs we are being informed by several sources, every day prevention should be taken such as:Īvoid close contact with people who are sick as well as practice ‘social distancing’Īvoid physical salutations such as handshakes, hugs, fist bumps, etc We will continue to update you as time progresses.
